about us
why we do what we do
Early Christianity spread from Jerusalem across Syria and Asia Minor, catalyzed by churches established in places like Antioch and Ephesus. From that time until now, congregations of like-minded Christians have formed throughout the world, joining together over a shared faith, mission, and lifestyle.
The decline in regular church attendance in the U.S., from 42% of the population in 2003 to 30% in 2023 (Gallup), has been countered by a recent rise in Gen Z church attendance. Those born between 1997 and 2007 are now the most frequent U.S. church-goers (Barna Research), seeking community and connection, a framework for a meaningful life, and truth and stability in a world that feels more chaotic.
This surge in spiritual openness creates opportunity for churches to grow. Our purpose is to help churches improve operationally so they can be their most effective in adding to the church such as should be saved, just like the early church of Acts.
